Formed in 1991 to provide an outplacement and career management service to meet the growing need for individuals to take greater responsibility for their own careers in an economy and employment market that can no longer provide jobs for life.

Each of our consultants works with no more than 12 clients at any one time. This means that each individual receives a high level of personal coaching when they need it. Meetings are held at a location most convenient to the individual.
